1. 受け入れと範囲
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Anbo Technology LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of the AnBoWork website, desktop applications, APIs, AI tools and related services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "AnBoWork," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Anbo Technology LLC. By visiting the website, registering an account, downloading or using the client, purchasing service credits, or using any AnBoWork feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the プライバシーポリシー。

3. モデルのリソース、価格設定、請求

- AnBoWork credits or "Coins" are closed-loop service credits used solely to purchase or consume eligible AnBoWork software and AI processing services. Coins are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, deposits or stored-value payment instruments. Coins may not be sold, transferred, exchanged between users, withdrawn or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law;
- Usage charges are deducted according to the pricing and metering information displayed at the time of use. You can review your usage and balance records through your account;

- Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and charges caused by a confirmed technical error may be reviewed and corrected — contact [email protected];
- Consumed service credits and completed AI processing services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been consumed.

Subscriptions
Subscription plans currently offered are fixed-term plans that expire automatically and do not renew automatically. If a subscription is offered, the purchase page will state its billing period, price, included quota, renewal terms and cancellation method before purchase. A subscription will not automatically renew unless the purchase page clearly states that it is recurring and the customer affirmatively authorizes recurring billing. Customers may cancel a recurring subscription through account settings before the next renewal date.

5.1 あなたのコンテンツ
あなたは、AnBoWork に合法的に送信したプロンプト、ファイル、コード、データ、その他のコンテンツに対する権利を保持します。お客様は、使用するサービスを提供、維持、保護、改善するために必要な限定的な処理権限を AnBoWork に付与します。あなたは、このコンテンツを送信および処理するために必要な権利と承認を持っていることを確認します。
5.2 生成される出力
適用される法律およびサードパーティのモデル規則で許可される範囲で、生成された出力を使用することができます。ただし、AI 出力は不正確、不完全、時代遅れ、反復的、または他者の出力と類似している可能性があり、第三者の権利の対象となる場合があります。 AnBoWork は、出力が固有であること、または知的財産保護の対象となることを保証しません。
6. サードパーティのモデル、アカウント、ツール
AnBoWork may provide access to third-party models, APIs, software or infrastructure, and also lets you connect your own API, provider account, MCP, Skills, websites and other tools. Availability, output, pricing and service levels may depend on the relevant third-party provider, and third-party features, content policies, account risk controls, data handling and availability are governed by that third party's terms. Customers must comply with applicable law and the terms of any third-party service they choose to connect or use. AnBoWork does not authorize customers to bypass third-party access controls, geographic restrictions, security measures or usage policies.
You authorize AnBoWork to send the information necessary to complete the task to your chosen third party, per your instructions, and to receive the result. Optional dedicated network egress is provided for stable business connectivity and environment separation. It must not be used to evade sanctions, geographic restrictions, identity verification, platform security controls, or any third-party terms of service. Environment isolation and connection management capabilities are not a guarantee that a third-party account will never be restricted, banned, or remain continuously available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting [email protected]. Any court proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law applicable to the customer.
